Rudolf Vidal is a dynamic sports business leader, combining elite athletic experience, legal expertise, and executive vision. After 15 years of playing football, including time with FC Bayern Munich and other clubs in Germany's 1st, 2nd, and 3rd divisions, Rudolf transitioned from the pitch to law, then seamlessly into the business side of sports. His deep insider perspective has helped drive innovation, growth, and strategic transformation across the global sports industry.

At EFC Group, Rudolf’s strategic vision led to a landmark partnership with a global private equity firm managing $60 billion in assets, establishing EFC as a notable advisory platform in European football. His expertise and business acumen have fostered strong relationships with club owners and investors, underscoring his operational depth and cross-border experience.

Before founding EFC Group, Rudolf served as Managing Director and President Americas at FC Bayern Munich, where he oversaw the club’s expansion into the Americas and drove significant growth in brand value and revenue. He also revitalized Deutsche Telekom’s digital sports initiatives and built Burda Media’s Sports Business Unit, broadening his expertise in media, technology, and e-commerce.

Earlier in his career, Rudolf led PUMA’s global initiative for the 2006 FIFA World Cup, a multi-year project that delivered record-breaking sales and elevated brand visibility worldwide, demonstrating his ability to execute high-impact initiatives.
